Returns Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with Nutki. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All replacements are at the sole discretion of Nutki Team, upon due verification and confirmation carried out by the team.
- Eligibility for a replacement will only be considered in case you have received a product which was damaged in terms of packaging.
- In case you are eligible, the product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in it’s original packaging.
- Additionally, your item needs to also have the receipt or proof of purchase (email invoice will also be considered valid).
- In case you are eligible, we will send you the replacement unit in 5-10 working days.
- All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
- In case your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement if found damaged or unfit for consumption.
- After receiving the product, we will proceed with an inspection. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you about the status of your refund through a phone call or email.
- The refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be transferred back to your original source account within 5-7 working days, as per the timelines set by the Payment Gateway or Bank.
The customer would be duly informed via an email about the date of the pick-up. They are expected to keep the products ready so that our delivery team can collect them at the earliest.
In case of Non-Delivery, Damage or Products missing in your order, the same has to be reported within 48 hours after the order is marked as delivered.
